Andrea Arden, PhD, QMHP

I help people break old relational patterns, strengthen boundaries, and build confidence through trauma-informed somatic embodiment and interpersonal skill coaching. My work integrates body-based awareness with proven psychological tools so you can experience lasting emotional resilience, stronger relationships, and authentic self-expression.

My passion for personal empowerment and relational growth began through my own transformational journey. In my 30s, after navigating the end of a challenging relationship and pursuing deep study in human development, I discovered the power of somatic practices and embodied skills in supporting real life change. These experiences shaped not only who I am today, but also how I guide others in stepping into confidence, clarity, and meaningful connection.

I bring both lived experience and professional training to my work — supporting clients in moving beyond stuck patterns into grounded, empowered living.
